Dear Future Sponsor,
Before she ever wore a crown, our very first Miss Ebony Queen of the South, Lauren Lancaster, was shy and overwhelmed by self-doubt. But standing on our stage and embracing her power ignited something in her—a confidence that changed the trajectory of her life. That’s what our pageant is about: not just crowns, but transformation, mentorship, and leadership for our Ebony girls.
Now entering its Winter Edition, the Miss Ebony Queen of the South Pageant remains steadfast in its mission to uplift and empower young African-American girls through mentorship, confidence-building, and cultural pride. This isn’t just a one-night affair—it’s a movement, designed to pour into our youth and prepare them for leadership, scholarship, and service.
We also proudly present our Escort Mentorship Program, providing young men with guidance, character-building opportunities, and the chance to serve as positive role models alongside our contestants.
On December 13, 2025, we will host our pageant in Darien, Georgia, celebrating the brilliance of Ebony girlhood and crowning a new group of young queens. To make this empowering experience a reality, we are seeking community sponsors and partners to help us reach our $10,000 fundraising goal. Sponsorship levels range from $400 to $1,500, and we gratefully accept in-kind donations of products or services as well.
Your support will not only uplift our participants but also shine a light on your commitment to community, culture, and the next generation of leaders. Sponsors will be highlighted throughout our event and marketing materials, ensuring your generosity receives the recognition it deserves.
To be included as an official sponsor, please confirm your support by November 15, 2025. For more details or to partner with us, feel free to contact me directly using the information below.
Thank you for being a part of this powerful journey. Together, we can continue shaping confident, capable, and crowned leaders.
Warm regards,
Katonya Palmer
